This wine is produced by the Jermann winery on marl and sandy soils. It is used the Guyot method and the density is 7900 trees per hectare. There are used only 100% Chardonnay grapes and this wine matures in bottle for 10 years. It matures for 11 months in little French oak barrels of 300 liters. This wine is dedicated to the U2 song “Where the streets have no Name” went out in 1987. This wine born in 1987 and during the years it has changed its name. The first 9 years it was “Where the Dreams have no end…” with the particularity to have the capsule that changes the color of the irid. There is the representation of the four moon phases. Then since the 1996 for 7 years the wine becomes “Were Dreams, now it is just wine!” and the capsule is blue with the Hale-Bopp comet. Finally, in 2003 it become “W…. Dreams … ……” with the addition of the year of the harvest and with a drawing of Mars on the capsule. The label “Where the Dreams have no end…” was used in the Walt Disney movie in 1998 directed by Nancy Meyers with Natasha Richardson, Dennis Quaid and Lindsay Lohan.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The smell is elegant and refined. There is exotic ripen fruits aromas together with hot butter, vanilla and pastry. The taste is like the smell with fresh and persistent sensations.
