The origin of the vines is linked to Lombardy, in the heart of Franciacorta. A Franciacorta Brut DOCG that celebrates a sporting moment, the 90th anniversary of the work of Baron Edoardo Pizzini, who, in 1927, dedicated himself to the construction of the "Golf Club Di Franciacorta", that today still has considerable importance. Its vinification involves the use in a blend of 95% Chardonnay grapes, and 5% Pinot Nero. The wine is fermented in thermo-conditioned steel tanks, and then matured, again in steel tanks, for 6 months. Finally, the refinement of the wine which is carried out in the bottle for about 20 - 30 months on the lees.
