Weinbeschreibung
From grapes in absolute purity of Moscato Giallo vine. The origin is the classic one of the land around Merano. The harvest takes place in late autumn. The vinification involves cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place in small stainless steel wine tanks. Maturation on the lees follows for about 5 months without malolactic fermentation.
Moscato Giallo Graf DOC’s features
A straw yellow colour. The nose has notes of oranges, lemons and muscat. The taste on the palate is aromatic and fresh, with great harmonic persistence.

Excellent with asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish and goat cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
