Wine description
Etna Bianco Buonora from the Sicilian winery Tasca d'Almerita comes from Carricante grapes grown on volcanic soils: here the vineyards enjoy a climate based on very hot summers and dry winters. After the manual harvest in September, grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 ° C. The subsequent refinement phase takes place in steel with the use of yeasts, for a duration of 4 months.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
The organoleptic test shows an intense straw yellow color. The olfactory notes recall citrus fruits, white pulp fruits; on the palate it is citrusy, with a sapid and mineral note.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Sicilian white wine
Particularly suitable with all fish-based dishes, from appetizers to main courses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C in a tapered glass.
