Weinbeschreibung
Produced with Negroamaro grapes and other vines in a smaller percentage, this Apulian red wine has its origins in the territory of Salice Salentino, near Lecce. After the harvest, the grapes undergo de-stemming and soft pressing with maceration for 8 days and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The maturation, on the other hand, involves a stay in cement tanks coated with food resin.

The organoleptic exam shows an intense ruby red color and olfactory notes that evoke ripe fruit and spices; it is soft and well structured on the palate.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this red wine
Excellent with meat-based dishes such as roasts, grills but also medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
