This wine is made by a local vine implanted in the 1800. The Syrah in an international vine renowned for its spicy aromas. The Paladin winery interprets this vine with an absolute elegance.
Characteristics of the Syrah wine
It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell is wide, intense and complex with a perfect balanced end of jam and spices. The taste, thanks to the over-maturation of the grapes before the harvest, is full of sugar with a great structure and harmony. It is soft but decided, with the same aromas of the smell and with a red fruits and a persistent aftertaste.
