Characteristics of the Syrah wine
It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell is wide, intense and complex with a perfect balanced end of jam and spices. The taste, thanks to the over-maturation of the grapes before the harvest, is full of sugar with a great structure and harmony. It is soft but decided, with the same aromas of the smell and with a red fruits and a persistent aftertaste.
