The Friulano DOC of Azienda Agricola Livon was born in the vineyards of the Collio DOC, more precisely in Dolegna del Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The vine used is Friulano, cultivated on soils of marl and clay. The harvest takes place by hand in boxes, with cold maceration and subsequent decanting to obtain the cleaning of the must. It is then fermented in steel tanks and the product will then remain in the same tanks for the aging process of 5 months. Finally, it is passed to bottling and aging in the bottle.
Characteristics of the Collio Friulano
