From 100% Carricante grape vinification. The production area is that of Eastern Sicily - north side of Etna. The vinification involves fermentation in steel, at a controlled temperature of 14°C. It is then partially aged in tanks and partially in French oak in second and third passage barriques for 10 months and then at least 7 months in bottle before being marketed.

The organoleptic analysis of this wine shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is refined and characterized by a wide bouquet of fruit such as golden apple with delicate hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs, followed by mineral notes of flint.
