The Kettmeir winery strictly respect the local tradition in perfect synergy with the prestigious territory of the Trentino Alto Adige at south west of Bolzano in the homonym province. This area is remarkable for being certified with the DOC certification. This wine is vinified in white with a soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation under temperature control. The must has to ferment in steel tanks while a part of the product is vinified in French oak barrels. The wine mature until the half of April when the two parts are joined together and bottled. This wine is made by 100% Chardonnay grapes.
