Wine description
A white wine with incredible persistence and significant longevity, which owes its name to the mother of the Rivetti brothers. It is born from pure Chardonnay grapes from the Municipality of Mango, from vineyards facing south and at 500 m above sea level. For winemaking, we proceed with alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 18 months. Further final refinement in bottle for 6 months.
Characteristics of this Piedmont wine
It has a bright straw yellow color and an olfactory profile that recalls citrus, rennet apple and lime. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and with perfect balance.
Recommended pairings with this Chardonnay de La Spinetta wine
Pefect to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish, white meats and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
