Wine description

“Furia di Calafuria” is a rosé wine made from Negroamaro, Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes. The bunches are harvested by hand and vinified separately and only after a few months of aging we proceed with the assembly of the musts.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

It is a wine with a pale pink color and hints of ripe peach and orange blossom. In the mouth it enters softly, however, leaving a nice savory and fresh finish. Beautiful persistence.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian rosé wine

Excellent wine with a simple platter of meats and cheeses, but also with a nice stewed fish. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C in a not very large glass.
