Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Pas Dosé is a classic method sparkling wine produced in Val D'Aosta by the Cave Mont Blanc winery located between Morgex and La Salle, the vineyards reach an altitude of 1200 meters on the slopes of Mount White and are the highest in Europe. The grape used in the production of this wine is 100% Priè Blanc. The first fermentation takes place in large barrels of larch and oak and in steel, followed by traditional refermentation in the bottle. Degorgement not earlier than 20 months.
Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Pas Dosé’s features
A pale straw yellow colour. The scent is fresh with notes of apple and medlar followed by hints of almond and resin. On the palate it is fresh and mineral with notes of cedar and white figs.
