Livio Felluga produces this sensational white that praises the denomination DOC “Friuli Colli Orientali” with 100% Ribolla Gialla. The vineyards are trained with Guyot method on lands characterized by marls and sandstones of Eocenic origin. The wine-making considers the elimination of stalks and a brief period of maceration. After the soft pressing, the must is clarified through static decanting. The fermentation is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature. It is followed by 6 months aging on lees, in steel. After the bottling, the wine is stocked for two months in thermo-conditioned rooms.

The organoleptic aspect shows a straw yellow colour full of green reflections. Its perfume is refined and enchanting, recalling apple, musk, sour cherry, lime and cedar. The taste is dynamic due to its sourness, while the final sensations are characterized by freshness, balsamic hints, mint and thyme.
