Barolo Chinato in Box CORDERO DI MONTEZEMOLO

Particular production obtained from the production of Barolo wine. Every year about a thousand bottles of various and old Barolo vintages (at least over 10 years) are uncorked and assembled in a single stainless steel container. This Barolo base is added Cinchona extract, sugar, alcohol and a secret infusion of various spices. It remains in infusion at temperatures around 18ºC for about a month after which it is bottled and is ready for consumption.

Characteristics of this Barolo Chinato

The wine shows a brick red color, not very intense and tending to orange. The aroma is intense and delicate of vintage Barolo, China and spices such as licorice, marjoram, rhubarb and coriander.

Suggested pairings tasting this product of Cantina Cordero di Montezemolo

Perfect as a digestive after meals with hazelnut paste, dry pasta or bitter chocolate. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in a glass not too wide.
