Verdeca Salento "BOLINA" ROSA DEL GOLFO

The Verdeca Salento Bolina from the Apulian Rosa del Golfo Winery is a dry white wine made with 90% Verdeca and 10% Chardonnay grapes, grown in the Martina Franca area near Taranto. After the manual harvest, the must obtained ferments in steel vats for 6 months before being bottled.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

At the organoleptic examination this Salento wine shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is delicately fruity. On the palate it is soft, fresh and with a good persistence.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian wine

Excellent with all fish dishes, especially crustaceans and steamed fish. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C in a not very large glass.
