Luxury and concentrated perfumes and taste, then energic and warm, complex and classy at the same time. We are talking about “Dessemis”, Pinot Grigio of Isonzo and, in particular, historical label of the winery Vie di Romans. It is vinified in steel and then left on its yeasts for nine months and represents another masterpiece of the company of Mariano del Friuli. A fruity softness joined to a particular richness to create a product with a unique balance. It is characterized by harmony. “Dessemis” is the perfect wine to astonish your friends, because it has the power to conquer its victims only with its colour, a precious copper red. This wine makes everybody fall in love with its fragrances. It has to be drunk at least once. The denomination is the classic one, Friuli Isonzo DOC, with 100% Pinot Grigio.
Features of Pinot Grigio Vie di Romans
The organoleptic exam reveals a straw yellow colour characterized by deep copper reflections glass. The perfume is fruity at the beginning, recalling pink grapefruit, strawberry and arbutus, but then they leave space to vanilla and flowers. The taste is round and juicy, soft and balanced, with a long persistence.
