This wine praises the DOCG Denomination and truly represents the features of the territories of Friuli. It is a blend composed by Friulano, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon, cultivated in the area of Rosazzo. This excellent wine by Livio Felluga, produced with Picolit grapes, praises the DOCG denomination. The vineyards are trained with Guyot method on lands characterized by marls and sandstones of Eocenic origin. This wine was born in 1981 and it is one of the most prestigious wines of Italy. The combination of different varieties crates an elegant product with intense perfumes of flowers and fruits. It has a great structure that guarantees an interesting evolution with the aging. The wine-making considers the elimination of stalks and a brief period of maceration. After the soft pressing, the must is clarified through static decanting. Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon ferment in steel at controlled temperature and mature for 10 months, while Friulano is fermented in small barrels made of French oak. The wines are assembled after ten months. After the bottling, the blend ages in thermo-conditioned rooms for 9 months.

The intense straw yellow colour is the expression of a great wine. Its perfume is intense, complex and unique. It is characterized by tropical fruits like mango, passion fruit, avocado, Golden apple, vanilla, pistachio nut, lemon balm, grapefruit skin, almond. The taste is powerful, savoury, soft and structured. It recalls fruits and spices and it closes with interesting, elegant and persistent sensations that turn to balsamic.
