Wine description
The Roero Arneis of Bruno Giacosa Winery comes from 100% Arneis grapes, coming from vines that rest on sandstone and marl soils: the particular component of these soils gives Roero Arneis a certain sapidity as well as minerality.As for the vinification,both fermentation and aging take place in steel, with a brief stop then in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine
It has a straw yellow color and an olfactory bouquet of acacia, hawthorn and yellow pulp fruits. On the palate it is fresh and recalls the same notes previously perceived to the nose.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Excellent with fish dishes, from appetizers to main courses. Also perfect with white meat. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
