From clay soils rich in minerals, an elegant red, with notes of black cherry and pomegranate and pleasing hints of wild blackberry. The vine of Syrah in purity that the origin of Typical Geographical Indication and is bred in the area of the Agro of Salemi and Mazara del Vallo Province of Trapani. A great wine to pair with braised meat, roasts, game or semi-mature cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 16-18ºC in a large glass that allows the wine to oxygenate.
