The Sylvaner Praepositus from Abbazia di Novacella is an enveloping and persistent wine, capable of giving mineral notes to every sip. This Winery collects and vinifies grapes from 50 hectares of vineyards of 400 growers. To these are added the 20 hectares of vineyards owned housed in the Maso Markihof, in Cornaiano, and the 5 near the Abbey. The agronomic effort of Abbazia di Novacella focuses on identifying the best soils for each variety. A terrifc, refined and elegant wine, balanced in its warm nuances and in its mineral hints.
