From the vinification of Garganega grapes 80% Trebbiano di Soave 20% all the grapes of the company are certified organic and for some years the funds are conducted according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The origin is the classic one of Val di Mezzane, Veneto. The vinification takes place a few hours maceration on the skins, and the fermentation takes place spontaneously - thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts - in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a few months in steel tanks, remaining in contact with fine lees.
Characteristics of this white wine from Veneto
The appearance of the wine is a bright straw yellow. The scent that opens up to the nose tells a story made up of mainly fruity and mineral notes, then enriched by touches of aromatic herbs. The taste is light-bodied, captivating to the palate thanks to a refreshing and savory sip, with a nice personality. A bottle that conquers for its refinement, and which is presented with a final price to which it is practically impossible to resist.
