For 8 months the wine remains on the lees before being bottled.
Characteristics of this product from the Le Vigne di Zamò winery
Upon organoleptic examination, this Friulian white wine shows a deep straw yellow colour. The nose gives sensations of freshness but also of excellent complexity; notes of wildflowers, apple and lemon leaf predominate. On the palate it shows itself with harmony, managing to combine power and freshness at the same time.
