This Rosso Di Montepulciano of the Fattoria del Cerro is produced exclusively with Prugnolo Gentile Sangiovese grapes according to the tradition. Immediately after the harvest, the wine begins to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C with daily pumping over; then follows an aging of at least 4 months in contact with the skins. Subsequently the wine is bottled.
