Wine description

This bottle is sold in Box.

From the wise and conscientious vinification of a refined Blend of native Valpolicella grapes, which only the best wineries rich in tradition know how to implement at best. The Blend is made up of Corvina grapes for 70%, Rondinella for 20%, and Croatina for 10%. The origin of the vines lies in the Missoj Estate, in the province of Verona, in the heart of Veneto. Harvest by hand involves the selection of the best bunches at the end of September. Withering from the end of September for about 110 days, with a natural decrease of 35-40% in weight. Great care is taken in checking the integrity of the grapes and the health of the bunch in the grape-drying. Follows the vinification with soft pressing of the dried grapes in December/January. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and long maceration for 30 days. The refinement of this fine wine develops for 24 months in new "Fleur de Quintessence" Allier oak barriques with medium / low toasting and very fine grain; evolution of the wine in the bottle for about 12 months.
