From the vinification of 100% Syrah grapes, the most renowned winery in Sardinia produces this sensational red wine of local tradition, powerful, sensual and gentle. The origin of the vineyards lies in the municipalities of Arzachena and Palau. The designation of origin of the product is IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, and certifies the Typical Geographical Indication. The aging potential for this bottle is very high. The vinification involves a fermentation and subsequent maceration in steel tanks for 3 weeks. It follows the aging of 12 months in barriques and large casks, aging in bottle.
ALBORI DI LAMPATA's features
Its appearance is a deep red with violet reflections. The scent is that of black berried fruits, blackberry, black cherry, licorice and violet, with hints of black pepper. The taste is of great aromatic complexity with balsamic notes of myrtle and Mediterranean maquis, jam, coffee, leather and date.
