Weinbeschreibung
Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry is a Sparkling wine produced by Tenuta Torre Zecchei, an historical winery which has always worked with love and competence, creating remarkable products. Grapes that give life to this prosecco are 100% Glera and they comes from Valdobbiadene Conegliano territory.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Millesimato Doc
It presents a deep straw yellow colour and a floral bouquet of jasmine flower, citrus fruits and pineapple notes. Soft and well-balances in taste with a slightly sweet hint.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Cuvèe
It is excellent as an aperitif, and a good companion to risotto with vegetables and fish dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 8-10°C after being uncorked and placed in an ice bucket full of ice mixed with water.
