From the vinification in purity of Glera grapes that is born this sensational sparkling wine of Valdobbiadene Brut DOCG. It boasts the Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin and the harvest starts from the age of September until mid-October. The vinification involves the soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature. The foaming takes place with the Charmat method with refermentation in autoclave, special pressure-tight and temperature-controlled vessels.
Characteristics of this product of Le Colture Winery
To the appearance that is evident from the organoleptic examination, the wine appears straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses a citrus and floral olfactory profile. The taste is that of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and thyme open to a dry, elegant, particularly fresh taste. It is a brut of great balance, fragrant and with a clear mineral timbre. The finish is very clean.
