It is the richest and most structured white wine of the Castello Monaci line. This label has a distinct French imprint thanks to the woods in which it matures but with a tropical mood thanks to the aromas it releases. Chará means "joy" in archaic Salento, it is this feeling that you feel when you taste it, and the philosophy that prompted the company to produce it. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Chardonnay. The origin of the grapes lies in the territory of Salento, south of Puglia. The vinification involves the use of wooden barrels and is harvested in two different periods.
