Descrizione del vino
From the vinification of Pinot Bianco grapes in absolute purity. The provenance of this noble wine comes from a single, ancient vineyard close to the "cradle of Tyrol" - the famous Tyrolean Castle - with yields that are in fact already very low. The vinification involves alcoholic fermentation in barrique, steel and in large oak barrels, followed by maturation on the lees for about 8 months. A partial malolactic fermentation takes place.
Pinot Bianco Weissburgunder Tyrol Doc’s features
A straw yellow colour. Hints of apple, pear and an harmonious note of wood. The taste on the palate is of good sapidity, the development is elegant and harmonious, with a long finish.

Excellent as aperitif, with light appetizers, fish, Canederli. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
