Wine description

From the conscientious vinification of Nosiola grapes, the origin of Nosiola is an ancient Trentino vine, once widespread throughout the territory, and whose cultivation has now been restricted to the Valle dei Laghi and the Hills of Trento and Pressano. The harvest takes place at perfect ripeness in the month of September, in the last ten days. For the vinification, the Nosiola is, as always, vinified on the skins, respecting the tradition. The possibility of having "live" grapes, rich in energy - derived from the practice of biodynamics in the vineyard - and the extraordinary energetic strength of the amphora, have made "ancient" winemaking possible. The amphora (tinaja of Villarrobledo, Spain), with its shape and the porosity of the clay that composes it, allows a long stay of the wine in contact with the skins.

 

Nosiola Fontanasanta Foradori’s features

A golden yellow colour, light and transparent. The scent on the nose is played on a range of variegated scents, where exotic fruit alternates with more floral and aromatic herbal nuances, embellished with mineral touches. The taste on the palate is of excellent structure, very harmonious, with a refreshing sip in which a nice savory vein can be found. End with a long finish.

This Nosiola pleasantly accompanies fish cooked on the grill or with moderately elaborate preparations. It is perfect with aged cheeses too. Serving temperature: 10 ° C.
