From the vinification of 100% pure Montepulciano grapes. The origin is that of Colle Rosina is located right in front of the main winery Masciarelli. The harvest takes place in mid-October with the grapes at the perfect degree of ripeness. The vinification is obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes vinified in white, with maceration of 24 hours with the skins.
Characteristics of this rosè wine
The appearance of the wine is of a cherry pink color. The aroma is intense, the nose expresses beautiful notes of cherry, pomegranate, black cherry and rose petals. The taste on the palate is tasty, intense, balanced and very pleasing. Materico, closes with a finish of great persistence.
