The classic Friulano DOC that Marco Felluga winery interprets in an essential and amazing way. The grape used for its vinification is 100% pure Friulano. One of the oldest autochthonous varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia, whose presence is here attested since the eleventh century. The origin is the classic one of Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the municipalities of Farra d'Isonzo and San Floriano, in the Collio DOC area, with an altitude of 80 m and 250 m above sea level respectively.nla vinification and fermentation started after harvesting, provides that the grapes are separated from the stalk. The juice and pulp undergo a cold maceration, then a slight pressing that allows the separation from the skins. Fermentation in steel tanks follows. The aging of the wine requires that it is left to rest about six months on the lees and a few months in the bottle.
Characteristics of this white wine
The appearance of the wine has a straw-yellow color with a bright green reflection. The nose stands out for the almond blossom, followed by floral notes such as hawthorn and chamomile leaving room for a vegetal background. The taste has a good structure, soft and enveloping. Alcohol is well supported by a fresh and savory vein. The finish leaves a pleasant persistence.

It goes perfectly with a nice platter of cold cuts and sausages, as well as with fresh cheese and mushroom dishes, eggs, fried or grilled fish, shellfish and shellfish from the lagoon. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC in a high and wide glass.
