Description du vin
This Pinot Nero “Vigna i Cortini” from Castello di Neive winery based in Piedmont is produced from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. After the manual harvest which takes place at the end of September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and then the must matures in wood for 8 months in barriques and then continues to refine in glass.

To the organoleptic examination it appears as a wine with a bright ruby red color; on the nose, hints of wild strawberries and aromatic herbs predominate, with a spicy finish. On the palate it is warm and persistent and with a good balance
