Characteristics of this red wine
On the organoleptic examination this Valle d'Aosta wine shows a brilliant ruby red color; the nose is a triumph of fruity hints of cherry and wild berries, combined with aromas of wild herbs and flint. In the mouth it remains elegant, balanced and persistent.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this red wine
Excellent wine in combination with first and second courses of meat, both white and red; try it with game and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C in a fairly large glass.
