This sensational red sparkling wine is produced by the Ceci winery, a refined reality of the Emilia Romagna, and it is honoured by the IGT lambrusco of Emilia certification. The Otello Nero di Lambrusco is considered the masterpiece of the Ceci winery and it is the product that made to change the minds about a grape that has always been considered of second class. It is powerful, deep, enchanting and it born in 2003 after years of experimentation with special farmers and it is made with the most traditional vine in the Parma province.
Organoleptic characteristics of this wine
It has a dark and impenetrable ruby red color with purple reflections. The perlage is thick and persistent. It has remarkable strawberry, blackberry and raspberry aromas. In the mouth it is sweetish, almost sweet, with a good acidity and an unexpected tannic touch. The taste is soft with a fruity and persistent end.

With its rich and lightly sweet structure, the Otello “NerodiLambrusco” of the Ceci winery is the red to be matched with the Parma cooking tradition. It is perfect with pumpkin ravioli. It must be served at 14°C.
