The Bardolino Classico of Zonin Winery is a wine of the Veronese tradition that well combines local tradition and youth of the product. The result of the blend of 60% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 15% Molinara and 5% Negrara. The origin of the vineyards lies in the DOC area of Veneto. Fermentation requires the must to undergo a fermentation and maceration process for about 8 days. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels.
Characteristics of this Bardolino Doc
The wine has a ruby red color of medium intensity. The nose is intense, with delicate floral and fruity notes, ending with a finish full of red cherry. The taste on the palate shows a medium body, with soft tannins and a pleasant and fresh from the mouth.

An excellent wine with tasty appetizers, pasta dishes and risotto, goes very well with white meat and fresh cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 16ºC in a high and tapered glass.
