Zonin’s Prosecco Brut Cuvée 1821 comes from the vinification and sparkling of 100% pure Glera grapes from the Veneto DOC area. The vinification foresees that the grapes are subjected to a delicate pressing and a careful pressing to extract only the best quality must. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for a fraction of must while the remaining is stored at 0ºC until the moment of foaming.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Doc
The wine has a light straw yellow color. White and fine foam with very thin perlage. The aroma is broad and pleasantly intense, very fruity, aromatic with hints of wisteria flowers and Renetta apple. The taste has a fresh taste and great harmony with a slight note of sweet almond, typical of the grapes from which it is born.
