Weinbeschreibung
This biologic and vegan wine born from Grillo grapes. The cultivation soil is clay, and the trees are cultivated with the trellised method and the cordon spur pruning. The manual picking takes place between August and September. There is a maceration followed by a destemmed process and the grapes are softly pressed. After 48 hours of static decantation there is a fermentation for around 15-20 days at 15-18°C. The refinement takes place in steel and 2 months in bottle.
Characteristics of the Grillo Bio Vegan wine
It has a bright straw yellow color. The smell is complex with a floral and citron bouquet together with aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh, sapid and persistent.
