The Irpinia Bianco "Campanaro" of Feudi di San Gregorio is a blend of the two most representative grapes of the Irpino territory. On the one hand the Greco and on the other the Fiano. The result is a white wine of great character, soft and silky, characterized by a luminous and persistent mineral trace. The Irpinia Bianco DOC "Campanaro" is a wine not to be missed, excellent value for money. The vinification process of these two prized vines provides for a fermentation, followed by a maturation with permanence in small barrels of tonneau for about 6 months.
Features of Irpinia Bianco "Campanaro"
On the organoleptic examination this wine is expressed with all its peculiar characteristics. The color is an intense straw yellow, bright and very bright warm. The aroma is expressed with a nice olfactory profile from which emerge hints of ripe pear and grapefruit followed by mint, acacia honey and markedly floral notes. The taste in the mouth is fresh and relaxed, excellently balanced by a nice sour shoulder and a strong mineral soul. It closes with a finish of excellent cleanliness and persistence.
