The grapes used are 80% Corvina Veronese and 20% Rondinella. The cultivation method is the trellised with the Guyot method with a density of 5000 trees per hectare. The cultivation are in the Novare estate in the core of the Classic Valpolicella from the Valpantena vineyards close to the Grezzana hamlet. The soils are marl-calcareous and clay rich of iron. The manual harvest takes place in the third decade of September and it follows the traditional wine making process with very few pumping over. Finally, there is a maturation period in cement tanks covered by glass tiles for about one year. In this period the wine complete its harmony and balance in the perfect Bertani style.
