The Filari di Luna winery produces a spectacular Roero Arneis produced by 100% Arneis grapes cultivated with the Classic Guyot method on young vines planted in 2004 at 250 meters above the sea level which can achieve the 350 meters at Roero and Vezza d’Alba hamlets. The soil has sandy marl exposed at south. The harvest takes place in September. The hand picking and the soft pressing lead to a natural decantation and fermentation under temperature control in stainless steel tanks. The refinement takes place in steel tanks and the final refinement takes place in bottles.
