From the skilful vinification of grapes of Pinot Grigio 40%, Chardonnay 30%, Sauvignon 30%. The origin is the classic one, from the company territory of San Lorenzo Isontino, Gorizia. The vinification involves fermentation in 500 lt French oak barrels (22-24°C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. To these, others 25/27 months are added, divided between maturation in stainless steel after assembly and in glass after bottling.
Friuli Venezia Giulia Bianco "Origjinal" features
An intense straw yellow colour tending to golden. The scent on the nose expresses a mature, elegant and complex profile with aromas of white flowers, yellow fruit, tropical hints, sensations of honey, vanilla and nuances of medicinal herbs and spices. The taste on the sip is broad, rich, complex and persistent, always supported by lively freshness and a pleasant sapid-mineral vein.
