Friuli "FIORE DI CAMPO" DOC Lis Neris

From the use of fine grapes combined in a blend of rare refinement. Composed of the vines of tocai friulano 85%, sauvignon blanc 10%, riesling 5%. All grapes from the territories of San Lorenzo Isontino, Moraro, Romans, near Gorizia. Fermentation in steel tanks at 20°C, the maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle.

A bright straw yellow colour. The perfume on the nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile composed of notes of wildflowers,then fruity and floral traces. The taste is open and satisfying, full and reactive, perfectly balanced. Long, it closes with a particularly significant ending.

An excellent wine as an aperitif, Lis Neris "Fiori di Campo" goes perfectly with great seafood dishes. Also excellent with a tuna fillet, grilled. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
