From the vinification of 100% pure Pinot Grigio vine. The provenance is that of San Lorenzo Isontino, Romans, near Gorizia. The vinification involves fermentation in steel tanks (20-22°C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle.
Pinot Grigio Doc Lis Neris’s features
An intense straw yellow colour. The perfume on the nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile that ranges from fruity notes to floral scents, in particular of acacia. The taste has a citrus tone opens to a full, very fine taste, marked by a certain acidity. Balanced, fresh and satisfying, it closes with a nice finish, with good persistence.
