Wine description
From a blend of Grechetto and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this white wine is born La Randa from the Umbra winery Cesarini Sartori. After the manual harvest which takes place in the second decade of September, pressing and fermentation proceed in Barrique Americana. The final stage of refining requires a one-year stay in steel.
Characteristics of this Umbrian wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory profile evokes vanilla notes, citrus and hints of gooseberry. The palate is impressed by a sweetish vein and good persistence.

Try with fish dishes or white meat. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
