This wine was launched in 2008 by the winery of Trentino Alto Adige Alois Lageder. TheAl Passo del Leone Bianco was the first wine that gained the Demeter certification and today it represents perfectly the bio-dynamic vision of its producer. The main goal is to motivate our partners to get close to the bio-dynamic/biological agriculture. The grapes that compose the “BETA DELTA BIANCO” are gathered in their period of complete maturation and come from vineyards cultivated all over Trentino Alto Adige. This wine join together Muller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Moscato Giallo, Gewurztraminer, varieties, coming from Isarco valley. Vineyards are located in lands that have an elevation between 230-900 meters on the sea level. Their soil is rich of limestone, sands and gravel, especially in the highest zones. The age of the plants can reach 24 years old maximum and the harvest starts at the beginning of September to end one month later, in the first week of October. A spontaneous fermentation in steel containers follows, concluded by 4 months of aging on yeasts.

The organoleptic exam reveals a straw yellow colour, with some shiny green reflections. The scent express a fresh aroma, wide and delicate, full of floral hints, exotic fruits and minerals. The taste is long-lasting and structured, full and balanced.
