Single variety wine-making with 100% aromatic Vermentino that, if cultivated in Tuscany, offers structured and round white wines thank to the influence of the sea wind.
Features of Vermentino dei Barbi
Bright straw yellow colour. The perfume is rich of flowers, like wisteria and hawthorn and citrus fruits, joined to mineral and vegetal hints. Its taste is dry and fresh, balanced by softness, with a rich and persistent final.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this white wine
Suitable with simple dishes like seafood starters, baked fish, octopus, crustaceans, vegetable “ravioli”, quiches, vegetables and white meats. Perfect as happy hour. It has to be served at 8°C.
