Wine description
For this refined and famous wine of the Tuscany winery Banfi there are used 100% Vermentino grapes. The production method starts with the soft pressing with an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C for 13-16 days.

It has a shiny and light straw yellow color. The smell is fruity with apricots, grapefruit and flowers aromas. The taste is full, lively with a remarkable acidity and a fresh and persistent end.
