From the refined Bisol winery, this sensational Prosecco DOCG is born which sees the use in a blend of Glera grapes for 85% of the blend, to which are added grapes of lesser importance, from the Valdobbiadene area, for a maximum of 15%. The land on which the vines are grown are located about 250 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of September, and continues until the beginning of October, always through manual harvesting.
