It is produced with three grapes of the Salcheto estate: Poggio Piglia, La Bandita and Trequanda. The historical Salcheto winery presents a wine based on Sangiovese grapes used without any additional elements. This is made by a blend of the best grapes where the Sangiovese is used for a 90% with additional local vines like the Canaiolo, the Mammolo, the Merlot, the Cabernet Franc and the Petit Verdot. These grapes are used pure across a fermentation and maturation in steel without being filtered. This makes a very fruity wine because there is no addition of sulphites, yeasts or tannins with a synergy which can expresses the taste, the innovation and tradition at the same time. The essential element of this fantastic Rosé Obvius wine is made by a modern and young cultural characteristic where the perfection of the scents and the stability of the oxide together with the reduction of the volatiles elements, make this wine reliable. This results is also possible thanks to the high grapes quality with perfect peels and to the right moment for the picking the grapes. The following putting in the tanks, the fermentation tanks with a CO2 pressure produced naturally from the same grapes and for the maturation and bottling without oxygen. This last process is possible for specific technical corks.
